Selected work

Products and platforms that moved beyond the proposal.

Sithix is a young company with real evidence: proprietary software, an institutionally approved migration, and an external client platform built for independent ownership and growth.

Commercial product · Launch preparation

VersaQuote

Proprietary vertical software

Countertop quoting and job-management software designed from direct experience in fabrication, installation, estimating, scheduling, and customer handoffs.

The situation

Smaller countertop shops often carry critical pricing, geometry, customer, and job information through paper, spreadsheets, disconnected programs, and individual memory.

What Sithix delivered

Sithix created a specialized platform for shape-based estimating, materials and pricing, multi-room quoting, customer and job records, branded PDFs, authentication, data recovery, and subscription architecture.

Where it stands

VersaQuote is now a substantial commercial software product preparing for launch and limited founding-shop onboarding.

Migration approved · Target cutover August 1, 2026

Bethesda Church

Institutional website and platform modernization

A secure, staff-manageable replacement for an externally controlled church website platform, supported by migration planning, security assurance, and fallback continuity.

The situation

Bethesda initially needed a credible development roadmap, security assurances, and leadership confidence before authorizing a migration away from its existing website provider.

What Sithix delivered

Within approximately two weeks, Sithix moved beyond a theoretical proposal and delivered a functioning replacement platform, administrative content controls, security architecture, domain planning, testing guidance, and a controlled cutover strategy.

Where it stands

The Admin Council unanimously approved the migration. Bethesda purchased bethesda.faith for ten years and established August 1, 2026 as the target cutover date.

Final development

Wytchwood Arts

Independent commerce and content platform

A photography-first digital home for a visual artist who needs more control than a social profile or third-party marketplace can provide.

The situation

Wytchwood needed an experience capable of presenting highly visual work, communicating adoption details, supporting future commerce, and remaining manageable by the owner without sacrificing the brand's character.

What Sithix delivered

Sithix created the visual system, responsive public experience, dedicated production backend, isolated authentication and storage architecture, listing structure, content foundation, and commerce integration path in roughly one week.

Where it stands

The platform gives Wytchwood an independently owned digital foundation. Owner-facing administration and payment completion form the final launch phase.

What the work demonstrates

Different markets. The same operating discipline.

Each project began in a different environment, but the work required the same core capabilities: understand the actual need, build quickly without losing control, protect ownership and data, and leave a system that can continue operating after launch.

Product engineering and commercialization
Rapid translation from unclear need to functioning system
Client-owned infrastructure and clean project separation
Institutional security, migration, and continuity planning
Brand-sensitive interfaces backed by practical administration
Long-term technical stewardship after launch

Your project

The next case study should begin with a real problem.

Sithix works best when a website, workflow, internal system, or software limitation is creating visible friction—and the organization is ready to replace it with something more capable.
