Service
Capability is an open-source agent ability runtime and remote MCP service operated by Sithix LLC. The public service can resolve abilities, inspect software and capability metadata, and perform operations allowed by its published safety policy.
Public safety boundary
The unauthenticated public endpoint does not automatically approve mutating, secret-bearing, or authority-incomplete external operations. A refusal or approval requirement is an intentional safety control and must not be bypassed.
Third-party software
Capability may identify or adapt third-party software. Discovery, package identity, hashes, provenance evidence, or isolation do not guarantee that third-party software is correct, secure, non-malicious, suitable for a particular purpose, or licensed for every use. You remain responsible for complying with applicable licenses and evaluating software before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade safety controls, attack infrastructure, intentionally exhaust shared resources, or interfere with other users or services.
No warranty
The public service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Results may be incomplete or incorrect, third-party services may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing consequential actions and outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Sithix LLC is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service, third-party software, unsupported assumptions, or actions taken outside Capability’s declared authority boundary.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Capability gains authenticated accounts, provider connections, additional execution modes, or other material features. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
